What is this?

This is a Wafid.com server limit, NOT an extension issue. Wafid restricts traffic from certain IP addresses or regions.

🔥 SOLUTION: Change Network / Use VPN

Try these methods:

  • Switch to Mobile Hotspot: Disconnect WiFi and use your phone's mobile data hotspot
  • Use VPN: Connect to a VPN server in one of these countries:

  • Disable firewall/antivirus temporarily - They may block the connection

403 Forbidden Error

  • Use VPN with a different country - Wafid may block your region

Extension icon not showing or not working

Solutions

  • Pin the extension: Click the puzzle piece icon → Find WafidFill → Click pin icon
  • Reinstall extension: Remove and re-add from Chrome Web Store

  • Disable other extensions: Some extensions may conflict

Form Not Auto-filling

Passport data not populating in form fields

Solutions

  • Refresh the page and try again

  • Select a city from the dropdown in extension popup
  • Check if you have points - You need at least 1 point
  • Try a different passport image - Ensure MRZ zone is clear
  • Manually click the extension icon after page loads

Passport Not Recognized

Extension cannot read passport data from image

Tips for Better Scanning

  • Use clear, well-lit image - Avoid shadows and glare
  • Capture the MRZ zone (the two lines at bottom of passport)
  • Use flatbed scanner instead of phone camera for better quality
  • Try a different image format - JPG, PNG, WebP supported
  • Compress large images - Images under 2MB work best
  • Remove any obstructions - Fingers, stickers, or tape on passport

Points Not Deducted

Points not showing after purchase or deduction

Solutions

  • Click "Refresh" button in extension popup to sync points
  • Wait 2-3 minutes - Points may take time to reflect
  • Restart Chrome browser completely
  • Check internet connection - Points need server sync
  • Contact support with your Extension ID if points missing

CAPTCHA / reCAPTCHA Issues

"Please verify you are human", CAPTCHA not loading

Solutions

  • Disable ad blockers (uBlock, AdBlock, etc.) temporarily
