Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the WafidFill extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension immediately.

2. Description of Service

The extension provides automated form filling functionality for wafid.com by extracting data from passport images. The service includes:

• MRZ passport scanning and data extraction
• Automatic form filling on wafid.com
• Points-based processing system
• Referral program
• Points transfer between users

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You may not share your account credentials with others
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Points System

• Free points: New users receive 5 free points upon registration
• Referral points: 20 points per successful referral (both parties receive 20)
• Cost per use: 1 point per passport processing
• Expiration: Points expire after 12 months of inactivity
• Transfer: Points can be transferred between users (subject to transfer rules)
• Refunds: Points are non-refundable except as required by law

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass or manipulate the points system
• Create multiple accounts to abuse referral program
• Use automated scripts to interact with the extension
• Reverse engineer the extension code
• Use the service to process fraudulent or stolen passports
• Share your account credentials
• Attempt to access other users' accounts

6. Intellectual Property

The extension, including all code, design, and branding, is owned by WafidFill and protected by copyright laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the extension
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Remove any copyright notices

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these terms, including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of referral program
• Harassment of support staff
• Any activity that harms our systems or users

8. Disclaimers

The extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Passport scanning will be 100% accurate
• Forms will always fill correctly (wafid.com may change their form structure)

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the extension or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
