Sometimes you have extra points that you won't use, or a colleague needs just a few more points to complete a booking. Instead of purchasing a new pack, you can transfer points directly between accounts for free.
📋 Step-by-Step: How to Transfer Points
Find the Recipient's Extension ID
Ask the person receiving the points to open the WafidFill extension and look at the top of the popup. They will see a small ID like ext_12345_abcde. They can click the copy icon to copy it easily.
Open Your Settings Tab
Click the WafidFill extension icon in your Chrome toolbar, then click the Settings tab (gear icon).
Scroll to "Points Transfer" Section
Scroll down until you see the "Points Transfer" card. This section allows you to send points to another user.
Enter Details and Send
Paste the recipient's Extension ID into the "Target Extension ID" field. Enter the number of points you want to send. Click the "Send Points" button.
⚠️ Important Transfer Rules
- Minimum Transfer: You must transfer at least 1 point.
- Sufficient Balance: You cannot transfer more points than you currently have in your account.
- No Self-Transfers: You cannot send points to your own Extension ID.
- Valid Recipient: The recipient's Extension ID must exist in our system (they must have registered at least once).
- No Refunds: Once points are transferred, the action cannot be reversed. Please double-check the ID before sending.

Where do I find my own Extension ID?
Open the WafidFill popup. At the very top, you'll see "ID: ext_...". Click the copy icon next to it to copy it to your clipboard.
Is there a fee to transfer points?
No. WafidFill does not charge any fees or taxes for transferring points between users.
I sent points to the wrong ID. What do I do?
Transfers are final. Please contact support immediately with the transaction details. While we cannot reverse the transfer, we may be able to assist if the recipient is uncooperative.
